The Mallorca Superyacht Culinary Academy is a training centre for Superyacht Galley Chefs. 

The beauty of sailing around Mallorca’s 555km of coastline is that you will experience a wonderful variety of landscapes and a wide choice of places to stop off. You’ll be able to admire dramatic mountains that plunge into the sea, shallow turquoise waters, long natural beaches bordered by sand dunes, natural parks and idyllic coves with their secluded beaches. Mallorca is home to endless charter companies offering sailing yachts, motor yachts, catamarans and speedboats of all different shapes and sizes. Many of the larger charter companies and privately owned Superyachts are based on this island, which is regarded as a hub for international yachting.

The Superyacht Culinary Academy is based just outside the main centre of Palma.  The school can accommodate 12 students at a time, and is the perfect launch-pad for starting your yachting career.

All training classes are interactive and provide insights into the world of culinary arts aboard superyachts. Classes as no larger than 12 people at a time which keeps them intimate and personal.

All classes are taught by professionals that are still directly involved in the business and are willing to share their experiences and culinary secrets with you. Prepare yourself to discover new cooking techniques, fresh ideas, brilliant plating tips and test the boundaries of culinary norms.

The international seasons are between September and April each year. 

Our training scheduled occur during the off-season (October – April) when crew get the chance to refresh their skills or upgrade to a new skill level. 

Each destination offers scheduled training dates for the courses available.
