Description

Our Superyacht Culinary Courses are practical hands-on skills development programmes recommended for anyone wanting to work as a career yacht chef. The Advanced Superyacht Culinary Course is a 5-day course for chefs and cooks with existing restaurant and hotel backgrounds, with the aim of making your transition from land to sea easier. The course will give you detailed training to adapt your culinary skills to a chef positions on board superyachts. The course has been designed to tackle every aspect of galley life as an on-board chef and covers the international practical applications and requirements for cooking in a galley. This course is ideally suited to experienced chefs who are already working on-board a vessel and need to update their certification, or to chefs who have solid industry experience and are looking to begin a career at sea.

The Advanced course is the ideal course for land-based chefs to take the transition to yacht chefs. We pride ourselves in releasing qualified students into the industry that can manage a galley entirely on their own or support a professional head chef as a galley sous chef.
