1. Assessment in marine cookery certificate,
2. A photocopy of my relevant seaman’s discharge book page showing at least 1 months sea time
3. A Captains reference showing 12 months sea-time (just to be safe)
4. Level 2 City and Guilds Food safety certificate or equivalent
5. Two passport photos that had been verified by my Eng. 1 doctor
6. My current Eng. 1
7. STCW inc security awareness training certificates
8. Photocopy of my passport.
